I joined the University of Milano-Bicocca in 2010 as a PhD candidate, and I obtained my degree on February 2013. My doctoral thesis focused on the psychophysiological and cerebral mechanisms underlying decision-making under stress. ​Since July 2014, I’m working as a research fellow with the scholarship “Virtual reality and Advanced technologies for the assessment and training of emotional and cognitive skills”.
Main roles:
– Head of the project “Virtual Video Games”
– Design and testing of virtual reality, and video games scenarios for the stress management and the cognitive empowerment
– UX and UI for virtual reality and video games

Academic consultant for the project Minerva – an innovative, flexible and integrated dual use service which uses immersive simulation in a 3D virtual environment for the training of cognitive and procedural skills.
Main roles:
– Research designer and trial manager;
– Design, development and evaluation of a “Human-Centered Virtual Reality Stress Management Training”;
– Design, development and testing of training tasks thorugh Virtual Reality, with a specif focus on the empowerment of decision making and stress management skills.
